Canada moves up to first place

In the third edition of the 2015 Power Rankings, high-scoring Canada takes over first place. The Americans are second after knocking off Russia.
1.  Canada  Canada:  Hall and Eberle love this foreign feeling

3.  Sweden  Sweden:  This time, we have a plan to stop Kunitz
4.  Russia  Russia:  Siberia is lovely in the spring
